This is just corrective criticism, I do not want to bring down the business or talk bad about anybody. However, one should be careful calling them or going to them in person if you do not speak Spanish. I studied Spanish for 3 years but I still not fluent. I had called them because I had a question about how much was the European facial, and they did not understand what i was asking for. They have european facial right there on the card so i didn't understand why they didn't know what they sell. I have no accent and i even tried asking in Spanish but i know it's a hair studio so it might be loud, but I shouldn't have to scream or wait several minutes for someone to understand me.
